IQNET and AENOR certify that PROQUIGA has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System, with fulfils the requirements of the standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2000 for the following activities: 

• Design, development and production of biotechnological products for food industry (preservatives: pimaricin and nisin, microbial rennet by Mucor miehei and coatings).

• Design, development and production management of biotechnological products (animal rennets and coatings).

• Distribution of biotechnological products (animal rennet, milk protein, natural flavours, cultures and coatings).
