The Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation has awarded a grant to Proquiga with the aim of developing the project entitled “Essential oils with antimicrobial properties, mainly antifungal ones. Study of their application in the covering of foodstuffs”. This grant belongs to the INNCORPORA subprogram which is co-financed by the European Social Fund, in the line INNCORPORA-Torres Quevedo announced by the Order CIN/1192/2011 of the 5th of May of 2011.
PROQUIGA GROUP, with its continuous investment in R+D, goes for the developing of natural solutions that improve the quality of food and permit a healthier lifestyle. In this sense, the project co-financed by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation and the European Union, studies the application of essential oils with antifungal properties, as a natural covering of foodstuffs.
