MILK-PROQ permits to analyse 6 fundamental parameters, in less than 90 seconds, using a minimum amount of milk:

   - Fat

   - Protein

   - Non fat solids

   - Density

   - Freezing point

   - Added water

MILK-PROQ provides quick and reliable results at a reduced cost. Being based on ultrasonic technology, there is no need for costly reactants. This analyzer does not use acid or other chemical substances.
